Harry W. ("Wis") Laughlin, JD, AEP is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and D.C. He has practiced law since 1975, starting as an attorney fort he IRS. He later spent six years as Chief Counsel and Chief Financial Officer for a national software company.
At this seminar, participants will learn ways to lower the overall taxes for the divorcing couple, how to give away tax breaks without losing anything and how to recognize and beat little known tax traps, such as when alimony is not alimony.
