Social Security Disability Claimant Representative Training

This course was developed to train both attorneys and non-attorneys to represent SSDI claims before Social Security Administration Administrative Law Judges across the nation. Our training course is applicable to nationwide representation so that the practitioner will be able to practice in any state of their choosing. The cost/tuition for this course is $2,000.00 and requires a minimum attendance of fifteen (15) participants and a maximum of 35 [first-come, first-served with five attendees in reserve]. All supplies and materials (including all SSA Forms) are provided by the training firm.

- Role of the Medical Expert
- Code of Federal Regulations in SSDI cases
- Adult and child medical listings in SSDI cases
- Direct payment of fees for SSDI Claimant Representatives
- Ethics and candor before the SSA
- Post hearing appeals: To appeal or not to appeal
- Examples of physical & mental claims
The course of instruction is presented in the form of lecture, discussion, role play, instructor/attendee critique and digital video support.
