This course is designed to help practitioners develop the medical case for a Social Security claim. We will discuss the Medical Listings and explain what diagnostic, laboratory and scientific findings are optimal in proving the medical portion of the claim. This course will also discuss how to handle a case that deals with conditions involving subjective complaints. We will look at specific medical conditions, giving guidance on what to look for and what evidence is needed. Also, we will discuss how to make requests to doctors and medical sources to get the best results possible. Successful practice tips will be given.
